By using the services of Newton Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Agreement
All moving services are provided based on the agreed-upon schedule, scope, and cost outlined in the service quote. Any additional services requested by the customer may incur extra charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding items to be moved, access points, and any special requirements. Failure to disclose necessary details may affect service quality.
Packing & Preparation
Newton Movers handles all items with care. Customers are responsible for properly packing items if packing services are not selected. Certain hazardous, illegal, or perishable items are strictly prohibited.
Liability
Newton Movers is not liable for damage to items caused by pre-existing conditions, improper packing by the customer, or situations beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents). Claims must be reported promptly according to our claims process.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in the moving agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Moves may be canceled or rescheduled with sufficient notice as stated in the service agreement. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services rendered by Newton Movers will first attempt to be resolved amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled under the applicable laws of North Carolina.
Changes to Terms
Newton Movers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes via our website or direct communication.
